  • For children affected by abuse visit NSPCC

  • If you're female & would like 24/7 telephone support call the National Domestic Abuse Helpline on 0808 2000 247

  • If you're female & would like online support get in touch with Womens Aid Live Chat

  • If you're male and would like telephone or chat support, visit Men's Advice Line

  • Support for lesbian, gay, bisexual & trans+ people can be found at Galop

  • Young people experiencing abuse, can find advice and guidance at Love Respect

  • If you're concerned about your behaviour towards your friends and family, visit the Respect website. There is support available.

  • For BAME communities, Imkaan has a great source of information for advice from a variety of different communitites

  • Older people experiencing abuse can find support from Hourglass
